    My account was hacked years ago and I was reimbursed with promo points that expire after a year or so. I've never had an issue getting my expired funds put back in my account until today. Apparently, by converting the points to real money, they've enacted
    a new policy of REFUSING to reimburse expired funds. Isn't that great for Microsoft?

    I've spoken to 2 different agents and a supervisor and they won't do a damn thing for me. I am officially DONE with everything Xbox; screw MS and their flaccid content and overrated services.

    So you guys that might be in a similar situation, beware.

    Sony will not allow you to change the connected MS account from the first one that was connected. This is their policy and MS has no control over it. You need to ask them to change it.

    I think their original idea was to have you win races in each class, but then they changed it because it would be too much racing for all those class upgrades, and then they forgot to change the wording.

    Same goes for online banking, it warns you to bank your money, but it doesn't matter if you bank your money or not, the other players are limited to how much they can get from you.

    It seems that they originally intended it so that players could steal all the money the other player has on them, but then that would turn GTA Online into killing spree madness.
