    Hi guys

    Just thought i would give you a heads up. I have just been refused the extended warranty by Microsoft as i have passed the 45 days period. After 45 days you can no longer extend the warranty. Fair enough you say.......

    Let me advise you i tried to register the Extended Warranty Service during Dec x3 times and in Jan x 2 times.

    I have deleted the console from the service centre several times and reapplied the Serial Numbers.

    Why you ask??

    My console is stating the warranty expires FEB 19th 2015? So when trying to buy the extended warranty it appears that the system "thinks" I havent even purchased it yet.

    After four phone calls i still couldnt PAY to extend it.

    myservice.xbox.com not working for 7 days now!

    This is worrying as implies it is a glitch with my extended warranty not allowing me to view it?

    XB1 warranty a joke adopters read small print and warranty up

    I don't know if the OP's post is complaining...or a warning for other people. But yeah, console only has a 1 year warranty, and you have to buy the extended warranty within 45 days of the purchase of the console.

    Fun stuff, ya know?
