    Warning Dident get GTA product when bought from Store.


    About 2.5 weeks ago a bought the GTA 5 + cash sharck card from the Xbox one online store.

    I never recived the Bullsharck cash card into my acount.

    I have been sending E-mail's rockstar support back and forth for now 2.5 weeks trying to get my product. But they are just keep driving me around in circles without delivering to me.

    I have E-mailed them screenshot of my purchase history.

    I have Tryed to reboot my Xbox one several times.

    I have tried to reinstall the game several times.

    I have already played a bit into the history, wich was suggested to do.

    After about 2.5 weeks i requested i want my money back. Since i did not recive the product i bought. I think its only resonable i dont pay for something wich i dident recive.

    The support are not very helpfull. They are just ignoring my request and keep sugesting me to do the same thing over and over. Im kinda run into a dead end here.

    For me its more a princip, I just dont think it can be right and fair that a big company can just take the customers money without delivering the product the customer bought.

    All i can conclude is that i will never in my life again by a GTA game or any other product from Rockstar games. I will also advice anyone i know to stay clear of that company.

    Can't download GTA V

    All other games I can DL. Just bought GTA V from the Xbox store but get the message Can't Download GTA V. Any ideas why?

    i bought Red dead redemption 2 ultimate version and dident get my 2m gta cash.

    i ordered red dead redemption 2 on my Xbox one x the ultimate version and dident get my 2million gta 5 cash ass promissed.

    As was explained in the other thread you created, the Bull Shark card gives you money for the Online portion of the game.

    According to your gamercard/achievements, you haven't started Online play yet. The cards very clearly state "ONLINE" on them.

    Return the defective product and get a new one from the store that you bought it from. It shouldn't be a problem if you have the receipt. If you bought it from a person then you can try registering your product and see what coverage you still have and
    if there is some you can send it in for repairs.

    If you bought the game from a store, then it should have been included on a card in the game case. Once you transfer your character from GTA online, then you get the other stuff.
