Wargaming Customer Support Failure to refund money and or fix account!!!!!!!!!!

I had made a purchase on World of Warships named (The Motherload) for $78.74 a couple months ago I made a request to get assistance it took them a whole of 6 weeks to get back with a reply as to some bs that they cant find the account though it was the
account I contacted them with then I was blocked from using the account after the first initial complaint my email address and my bank account transaction show proof that I purchased content and I had never received it in game I want my money back from Wargaming
of $78.74 this is un acceptable. Has anyone had an issue with them or of such thing in the past ????

Outrageous Microsoft customer service; a cautionary tale. 43 Days without a working console

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service of MS they helped me fix my 360 at 3 in the morning when it was having issues and they refunded me money because somebody got into my account from my old Xbox they must have bought from Gamestop and used it to buy FIFA crap a game I never even owned. Best customer service I have ever gotten from any company.

 

Gamestop Season Pass Code Not Working

Hey guys! Just a heads up. If you got a season pass from Gamestop and the code gave you $8 instead of the season pass, don't worry! The additional balance ($12 USD) will be added to your digital locker, which you can access by login into your PowerUp Rewards account. 2000 PowerUp Rewards points will also be added in the next few weeks as an additional apology for the goof up. On top of that, if you had already gotten a refund for the season pass not working, you're STILL going to get that $12 put into your digital locker. Oh, and don't bother trying to get a refund now as it's already fixed and the money is in your digital locker...sneaky people.

So for all of the hating that goes on about Gamestop sometimes, they really are taking care of their customers with this issue.

That is an issue between you as the customer and the store you have made the purchase from. Refer to your retailer for any purchasing issues you might have. I suggest you to check online and follow the proper steps in order to contact them.
