Warframe Xbox live reward.

Hi, I was just wondering why I haven't received the reward for getting 5 achievements in this game? Here is the Case number : 1375342885 .

problema com rewards

I did not receive my xbox rewards prizes from the warframe even competing the achievements.

xbox live freedom rewards warframe

Hi support

I haven't recieved my warframe freedom reward yet, even though i did more than 5 achivements, and yes i am registred to the xbox live reward system. Six days left untill its gone, need help please.

If you successfully unlocked 5 new achievements during the offer period then the staff will have to review your account to see what the issue might be.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically takes 1-2 business days to reply to threads.

The platinum is given via a redeemable code, and is not automatically Credited. You can find this code on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (Xbox Live Rewards) in the Warframe
section. There is a button there that takes you to the redemption page.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you’ve completed the offer by completing 5 new achievements in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed offer that will prompt you to redeem
your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

For future reference, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data. Since your fifth achievement since registering for the Rewards program was only made a few days ago, please allow for more processing time before being Rewarded.

It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize new activity and for the redeem option to show up on the rewards site. So it most likely hasn't been enough time yet for it to show. If you don't get the option after 96 hours, you'll want to post in the
Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance.
