Warframe Rewards

SmileOnCodine · Jan 31, 2017

So i signed up for rewards because 2 of my warframe buddys found out about 75 plat if we get 5 achievements. I signed up and I thought i correctly did everything for my profile but it seems that I haven't been given credit for anything i've done in warframe
for achievements. Since signing up I've gotten over 5 achievements and within the given time frame.

Can my profile be looked at and possibly be given the reward for the warframe hype? I am running out of achievements that are easily attained, and I would rather not re-grind. And also if possible fix my account so i can continue reaping the rewards!

:)

Hello SmileOnCodine,

The 75 plat is awarded via a code token. You can find this token on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (Xbox Live Rewards), where you can find a button to the redemption site in
the Warframe section of that page.

Hello LeMax450,

We are currently investigating this offer with our platform team. Once we have more information on why users are not properly being awarded, we'll update this thread. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Move this questions to answers and tell them the dates and achievements they should give it to you then hopefully.

Hello LeMax450,

We have confirmed that you have now been correctly assigned a token for completing this offer, and are now applying a hotfix that will correctly show a redemption button on your FREEdom page. Apologies for the inconvenience. This change should go into affect
within the next 1-3 days.
