    Curious as to why I haven't received the "75 Platinum" promotional code that so many others have, via messages from Xbox Live. Is this tied to Xbox Live rewards, am I missing something, or am I just not eligible for it? Would really appreciate if someone
    could shed light on the situation, please.

    Warframe 75 platinum code not recieved

    I never received a promotional code for 75 platinum in the game Warframe. Many others seem to be receiving it through an xbox live message but I have yet to receive any message.

    Warframe: missing platinum after purchase

    On April 24 2016 I purchased one 75 platinum and one 170 platinum on the marketplace but when I got back on warframe I was missing my platinum so I went back to the marketplace and tried to buy them again but I was still missing my platinum. When I checked
    my email I had the receipts for them but no platinum on warframe.

    Since the Xbox Rewards program is shut down, it is not tied to that. Codes like that are usually just sent out randomly to different accounts for different reasons. There's no way to know why one account receives it and another doesn't.
