Warframe End User Agreement Violation

Hello, a few months ago I recived a failed login onto warframe stating that I violated the end user agreement. I have played this game for 4 years strong and have put much time into this. I contacted the devs and other support members on Digital Extremes
and they couldnt help. There was another problem, it wouldnt allow me to log onto the Zendesk page to submut a ticket. This led me to make fake accounts in order to get my complaint. I submited multiple and got denied, I even went as far as to put in my Microsoft
email and password to prove it was me. Even after, I was still denied. So I am now asking for help in what to do. At this point I accept my fate of them banning me until 2035. But the problem i that I didn't vioate any polacy. So I was doing research over
this topic and many other people have been baned from the same thing, but they could log onto the Zendesk page and resolve the issue. That is still the big problem, I am unable to access the Zendesk without loging onto it. I even reset my password and it still
wont work.
