    Warframe credits not working


    I have done the 5 achivments needed for the 75 credits, and I'm signed up for the rewards program, but, I have not recived credits, and I have been through Xbox support and was sent to you.

    Warframe not working

    what happens is that i open warframe and the then It has The loading thing and It loads perfectly fine and i click A as It Tells me to. After that the warframe logo appears and it just stays on that screen for a while and then it eventually just kicks me
    out of the game. I deleted and downloaded the game and the same thing happened again. Someone please help me!

    Hi!

    I have tried to redeem my VIP reward gems against 5000 reward credits, but instead I have been sent a code for 75 Warframe in-game credits

    I have not redeemed the code

    Can this be rectified?

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When and how will I receive my Reward?

    Once you’ve completed the offer by completing 5 new achievements in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed offer that will prompt you to redeem
    your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

    For future reference, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data. Since your fifth achievement was only made a few days ago, please allow for more processing time before being Rewarded.
