    Warframe: Connection issue


    Router: Netgear R7000

    Xbox One has a static IP and is placed in the DMZ. Port forwarding is not needed when placed in the DMZ, however I did add a rule for my IP address and port 4950 and 4955.

    Location: South Korea

    Symptoms:

    Game downloaded fine, upon launch it stays at the connecting screen and will not progress from 0%. Since I linked my Warframe account to my Xbox One, I need a username to log in and make a support ticket. Once an account is made, you need to complete three
    missions in order to post in the Warframe forums. I circumvented the support ticket login by creating a PC account. I completed four missions and still cannot post for help there. I have resorted to posting here to see if anybody else has had this issue
    and what was their fix action. I have read this thread, but there was no solid answer.

    guys, check the other 1000x threads about warframe platinum, if you can see purchase was processed by MS but you didnt recieve it use warframe Forums, they ask for a few things and check the issue

    Warframe installation error code 0x80070570

    I have talked to microsoft support and they said that people at this forum can help me with my Warframe issue. Support said something like my preview program OS version and my Console version makes Warframe incompatible. I was told that you people here might
    be able to fix this for me and get me the right versions of my software to make Warframe compatibile once again.

    Warframe lost connection to xbox live

    Nononono listen, its not the players issue. Its between warframe and xbox. Im on a wired connection but as i said, ive moved states, have had every ip you can think of and every connection type. Same with others. Just google "warframe disconnected from
    xbox live" I'm a little busy atm and couldn't find the fella that got xbox to respond to the issue.

    Hi Akanaria,

    Thanks for updating us with your replies. Seems like you've tried a whole load of troubleshooting so far. Does this happen with your profile if you try to play Warframe from a different console or on a different connection, or only your console on your current
    connection? If you're able to access Warframe on a different connection (different IP) then this may mean that the DE may have IP banned you, which usually lasts about a week.

    You may want to look a bit further into this over at the Warframe Forums or the Warframe threads over on reddit. Seems like other Tenno have had the same or similar experiences and may be able to offer you further assistance or fixes in relation to this.

    Online Joining

    We were having this issue last night. Multiple people had multiple issues joining the party / joining the game.

    1) I was in GTAV, they were in Warframe. Could not "join party" via friends app.

    2) Left GTAV, same.

    3) Restarted console, was able to join party.

    4) Started Warframe, could not join game either by accepting invite or via party app. Both times, clicking the button did nothing.

    5) Everyone quits Warframe, restarts, able to join game.

    6) One player crashes out mid-game, could not rejoin via party app or invite.

    7) That player restarts console, back to normal.

    We've been having weird connectivity issues it seems ever since the holiday rush. :(
