Never Received Warframe FREEdom Reward

I never received the Warframe freedom reward of 75 platinum even though I completed the requirements before the deadline.

I redeemed two rewards of 75 warframe platinum and never received my gift in an email or in a message please help.

Same problem here. It says it takes up to 4 days for the deposit, my last achievement was 01/28/2017, 6 in total, today is the deadline for the reward request option to be enabled.

This is the wrong side of the forum. You need to re-post this and change the Forum Type to Support. The discussion forum (where this is posted) is not monitored.

PsK Sych3: unless the achievements were done early early in the morning then 02/01/17 (todays date) would be 4 days (Day 1 is 29th). If they don't post by tomorrow you will want to post a thread in the Support forum as well (if you have not already).
