In order to receive your platinum for that offer, you must redeem the code on the Freedom Rewards redemption page, which can be accessed from the bottom of the Freedom Rewards offer page linked on the MyMissions page.

As Murphs says, the achievements must be earned during the offer period. If your achievements were made before the offer, they would not qualify.

You must complete 5 new achievements during the offer period to receive the reward.

We got everyone same stuffs for some Free To Play Games. This summer quests the prizes intended to be consumables of $5 and not something expensive like 75 Platinum for WARFRAME.
