Warfame reward not received

From the FAQ for that offer:

Após concluir a oferta completando cinco novas realizações no jogo, volte página Recompensas Freeiro e faça login em sua conta Xbox Live Rewards. Ao lado da oferta concluída será exibido um botão solicitando que resgate sua Recompensa. Você será redirecionado
a uma página que lista todos os seus tokens de prêmio. Observe que, depois de concluída a oferta com sucesso, poderá levar até 96 horas para que ela apareça no site.

For future reference, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data. Currently, we only have 3 achievements unlocked during the offer period on your account, with the most recent being on September 5th. If you have only recently completed
two more achievements, please allow more time for processing.

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.

Which Microsoft Rewards are you referring to? I live in Brazil and I am able to exchange the points received for the XBOX rewards I earn on Quests made in games, but I never received a physical reward.

Just to clarify, have you received any rewards, or are you expecting two more rewards? The Game Pass Quest reward you receive are upgraded for each tier you complete, and you don't receive an additional reward for each tier. For example, if you complete
each of the tiers, your reward is upgraded up to the Epic Mystery Gift.
