Wareface Beta Code sent through email already redeemed

I have same problem. I recevied code yesterday 21.33 gmt +2 and tried to use it this morning around 8o gmt +2 and it said it was already redeemed and now I don't know who to reach out etc.

If they redeemed codes, then no. Prepaid codes are not eligible for refer a friend. They have to purchase the gold through the link in the email they are sent.

Yeah same here. I redeemed my code through xbox.com and the beta didn't download to my system. If I try and redeem the code again through the system it says the code was already used, but it's also not showing up in my recent tranaction history?

It can take some time for them to deliver the codes for promotions. Sometimes they are sent by email, but mostly sent through Xbox Live Messages. So keep an eye out there for the codes to redeem Nitro and other services.
