wants to refund for tiger shark cash card

My gamertag is , my email address is [Mod Removed] , and I accidentally purchased this card and would like to receive a refund, it hasn't been redeemed and was bought 10/23/2015.

CASH CARDS

The cash cards are actually back up now. I wonder if they are going to stay up now though.

Red Shark card = $100,000

Tiger Shark card = $200,000

Bull Shark card = $500,000

Great White Shark card = $1,250,000

 

Problem

Hello I bought the Tiger Shark cash card twice last night but it only went through one do how do I get the second?

 

Please don't post personal info like your email address on the forums.

The only thing you can do is contact support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us & they may give you a refund but they are under no obligation to do so.

 

I was specifically told by xbox support to post it here and Rockstar would be in contact with me.

And on my receipt it specifically says:

Special note for digital gift card customers: You can cancel your gift card order and receive a refund up to 14 days after your digital gift card has been sent or until your gift card has been redeemed, whichever occurs first.

 

You've been given the wrong information.

Firstly this is a clan forum,not support & secondly this is an xbox/Microsoft site,it's nothing to do with Rockstar so they would never see your post anyway.

The only thing you can do is contact rockstar support or Microsoft support via the link I posted.

 

Odd. The support member specifically gave me this link on chat. And told me exactly what to type. I'll be back in contact with support again today.

 

The problem is that 99% of phone/chat support have no idea how the forums work & usually tell people to post here when they don't know what to do.

Any refunds/refund queries have to be done by phone/chat support,no one on the forums has access to your billing info so can't issue a refund anyway.
