    Wanting to rejoin the update preview beta. Is it worth it?


    Tldr at bottom.

    I was in the update preview beta about three-four months back but my motherboard apparently fried in my Xbox One S and just got a new one a few months ago. Not sure if the update is what put the nail in the coffin or what. Ive always taken care of my consoles and never had a issue. Not saying thats what killed it but it was one of the things i was worried about. Basically im asking what the worst that can happen is from being in the program.

    TLDR : want to rejoin. Afraid of bricking console or worse.

    Help!! Headset issues

    Hi,

    The Xbox one update preview is basicly beta. A few bugs or issues my appear in the preview update if the headset worked before your boyfriend accepted the invite, you may want to consider to post the bug on the Xbox One preview update forum and too leave
    the preview updates as it is un-stable because it's beta.

    If you do not want to leave the beta updates please contact me back and I will see what I can do.

    Yep,spot on.

    At the moment any digital content bought while in the preview program is only playable on a console in the preview program

    You'll have to wait until the next update is released to the public before you can play your game or try & rejoin.

    The next update should be released to everyone sometime in August but that's not conformed.

    You can try & rejoin the preview but it's not guaranteed you'd get back in.

    Have you looked in your "Ready to install" list for the preview app?

    Any way to leave the dash preview program on xboxone?

    Hi there please enter the preview dashboard app select registration hit change. It will take affect for the 1409 update if you wish to rejoin follow those steps.
