Wanting help with xbox remote play

I understand you need help with remote playing. Let's check what we can do.

Have you already enabled remote feature in your Xbox console and the Sleep power option?

Note: If your console power mode isn’t set to Sleep, remote play won’t work.

I suggest you try rebooting both your console and the device where you want to play it from.

The above has instructions on how you can use remote play to stream the xbox version of the game from an Xbox to your PC.

If you want to play the game directly on PC without streaming it then youd have to purchase the PC version of the game separately

Good morning, UofM2023. Yes, that's correct because remote play is available on PCs via the Xbox app.

I can’t use a Ethernet port because they aren’t activated.

I’ve already done power cycle and reinstalled app on my iPhone ?

I’m using my iPhone to connect to the Xbox no laptop or pc is involved

have you tried reinstalling the app then restart your phone also make sure your not streaming to a laptop or pc.

also if possible use cable to xbox to router.

and then try a power cycle on the xbox too.
