    Hi, I really like all the games available on Game Pass, but I can't get any of them to work with a game controller. Don't want to play with keyboard and mouse. What can I do? Please help. Thanks.

    Thanks everyone for the advice. It was a Nintendo Switch controller. I got some software and mapped the controls and now it's working great.

    Perhaps the controller you are using is not a compatible microsoft controller. it could also not be plugged in or connected to your pc. i hope this helped!

    You cannot natively play all games with a non-certified controller. You can still use emulation (third party) control software. You can also use an X360 controller connected to the PC with a USB cable. With emulation software, you can connect any type
    of controller (compatible) and map the controls.
