    Want to switch email associated with account!


    Please help. I have two email accounts. One is my primary account for everything and my desired account, one was originally a hotmail account that I no longer use. So I have two accounts where I'd like to have everything on my one. So the account my gamertag
    is associated to now, *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** needs to be switched to my primary account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    The problem is there is a dumby xbox account that got created on *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    I just want my gamertag and subscription moved to the appropriate account but it seems impossible without closing out my main account which is silly.

    Any help will be appreciated!

    What all carries over if I migrate my gamertag to a different Live account?

    If you just want to associate your tag with another email address then everything will go with it. All items are associated with the gamertag, not the email address. Here's a link for you to follow on how to switch the email associated with the gamertag.

    Hey there, if I've read your post right you want to switch the email associated with your main gamertag to your primary email which is in use by another gamertag that you don't use?

    You will first have to associate the gamertag you don't use with a different email to free up the email that you want to use then you should have no trouble associating it with your main gamertag. You want be able to delete the gamertag.

    You can't merge data as mentioned. You can change the primary email associated with the account though. Just add the email you want as the "alias email" first. Then you can switch them.
