I would like to know details about a report under review by Xbox in my account

Unable to sign into enforcement.xbox.com

My son received a permanent ban and wants to file for a review. However, we are unable to sign into the enforcement.xbox.com site in order to file for a review. I have no problem signing into this site under my own account, but we can't under his suspended
account. And this must be done under his account for the review according to the info provided us.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can't access party features under my original account . I originally recieved an enforcement actuon on my second account while using this console . I'm requesting more info regarding my access to Xbox feature because my original acount doesn't have an
enforcement action: and I would want to know if I have A console ban

If you are talking about a report that was made and your account was suspended that is handled by the xbox enforcement team on their website enforcement.xbox.com if you have already filed for a case review you would go back to the same place on their website
that you went to to file for the case review and it will show you the status on the case review.

I’ve looked here and there’s no information about why i was banned it said i have never had a strike against my xbox account and no reports and under that it says permanent ban and by it no further details regarding the ban.

I would suggest using another account to submit the Rewards form and make sure to provide the information that you want the team to know under "Please provide any additional detail here *" regarding your issue, so that they can review and get back to you.

maybe someone reported it and its currently under review

Same here. Bing rewards account got locked in "under review" or something forever and then got rolled into Microsoft rewards and is now suspended. I don't really care about the points so much as I don't want my xbox account to get
suspended for some goofy reason.
