WANT REFUND!!!!!

I bought black ops 3 bundle with my credit card.

After I confirmed purchase, because it is a bundle I had to confirm purchase again and download again.

But when I am doing the second download I am keep on having an error , Code 80150017.

I tried every thing to fix it and did every research, your site gave me a solution to change the country.

I live in South Korea, I did an account migration but it didn't even have South Korea on the list.

Im already stressed out. Now I just want a refund.

The error said that it is because of my region but why was I able to buy it in the first place? And if i was able to buy it in the first place then why can't i download it again.

I want a refund as soon as possible

Sorry but you will not get a refund.It will be in the download history of the account that bought it.Items don't just dissapear from your download history.

Hey. Go to account management on the last tab on you console. download history and it should be there. there is no way to get a refund. you could try contacting xbox support or chat but you said you have already tried. otherwise there is nothing you can
do.

 

You would need to contact support directly and speak to billing about a refund.

If your account region was set to a region where the game is available, it would let you purchase the game. It just didn't know you were not in that region until you actually downloaded the game.
