If you are facing issues completing a purchase using your credit card, it would be best to get in touch with our live support for them to check your account from their end. You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

there is no credit card. that's the issue. I want to use paypal, in lieu of using a credit card. i have money on my pay pal account, and want to pay with that - but it's not letting me add it as a payment option, as it claims i need to add a credit card
"to complete the purchase." Note, no purchase is being made, i'm simply trying to add paypal as a payment option to buy xbox live points.

Everytime i want to buy a dlc or game it tells me that there is a problem with my credit card, but my credit card doesnt even work. What do i do? I can't buy anything from games to doc. Please help me.
