    Waiting to receive Quantum Break Win10 key from Xbox One preorder Promotion in Germany


    I've purchased Quantum Break on Xbox One, on pre-order via the Xbox store on the 4th of April (in Germany) . I have buy it via the Xbox One Dashboard.

    I was supposed to receive the codes for Alan Wake games (on Xbox 360) and Quantum Break (on PC), but am yet to receive an xbox message or email.

    I have contacted the support team several times, and have been directed to post on this forum.

    Your help is much appreciate it .
