Waiting on Rewards on Game Pass Goals

Hi there gamers and staff members,

I have been with Xbox Live for now 8 years and do like the support Xbox has given me when a problem occurs. I have still not received some of the Game Pass Goals for October and completed all of November's Retro games. Ended up playing Sky Force Anniversary
which was fun with my girlfriend. Good arcade shooter! My reference number for the team whom handles the rewards is 1403517807.

It would be appreciative to see a response soon, but understand that the team is doing the best that they can. I do love the game pass goals and would like to see more of these continue on for us Gamerscore gurus lol. Thank you for helping in anyway.
They did reward me with the $5 credit and 1 month of Xbox Live so far. I know its mystery, but would love more credit from Microsoft to allow me to purchase more games and content for the future.

Never Received October Quest and Game Pass Goal Rewards

I contacted support through chat about never receiving either of my reward for Quest or Game Pass Goals for October. Since joining Game pass was one of the Quest requirements, I joined and then downloaded and completed the Game Pass Goals as well. Support
basically said waiting until the end of the month of November and I still haven't received them in my notifications.

If you have completed the requirements for both promotions, can expect codes for to arrive by 30 days after each promotion has concluded. If you don't receive a code by the end of November & December both of those promotions, please be sure to post back
here so we can look further into it! Keep in mind those prizes are random, and we cannot guarantee a specific reward will be delivered.

Xbox is tracking the Game Pass Goals activities and will reward you if your Goal is competed.

Hey there,

Could you clarify which rewards you are expecting to receive? Each participant of the Game Pass Goals would receive one reward for each month, so if you have already received a reward for October's Game Pass Goals, you would not receive an additional reward.

For Xbox Live Quests (not Game Pass Quests), you must complete the three goals to earn a reward. There are some Game Pass Quests where you can complete one goal to earn a reward, but completing all goals will increase the value. Hope this helps clarify,

It doesn't. The reward has already been sent to people who completed it. I completed it, but did not receive my reward. So, I'll ask again, how do I get my reward?
