Waiting on Forza horizon 2

bought forza horizon 3 and forza horizon 2 as a bundle and I have yet to see horizon 2... been trying to get my code for over a week, talked to support for over 2 hours and they won't do anything for me. About to say they hell with it and get a refund. Fix
this problem ASAP XBOX

What is the " Main " & " Secondary " games that you're playing now?

Main : Forza Horizon 2,Sunset Overdrive,Halo MCC (starting friday).

Secondary : Killer Instinct,Project Spark,D4 (waiting for new episodes),Shadow of Mordor (waiting for DLCs).

There is actually no codes given for this bundle. The other game should appear in the Ready to Install section on the console. Are yo able to locate it there and install it?
