I see you mention that you purchased the console bundle in November of 2016. When did you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that was included with the bundle? In order to qualify to receive the legacy collection, the token had to have been redeemed by December
31, 2016. If you redeemed the code after that, unfortunately you would not qualify to receive the collection of prior games.

Ya and I looked into November 9th it's a Sunday not a Tuesday so that's why there releasing it November 11th it makes sense but I totally understand why it should be released November 9th but it's a weekend so unfortunately they wont be releasing it November
9th cause it's a Sunday.

say you changed your Home on the 2nd Feb 2016, 5th March 2016 and 9th Sept 2016, you only have to wait till the 2nd Feb 2017.

Its 1 year from the third previous change on the HOME.
