Waiting MyChallenge reward since June 2nd

That MyChallenge is completed on a monthly basis. Since the month is not yet over, we have not updated with playtime from June.

All current Xbox Live Rewards offers in the United States will end as of May 31, 2018 23:59 UTC. These include:

2. FREEdom Rewards
3. MyPunchcard
4. Monthly Survey
5. First-Time Purchase
6. Microsoft Movies & TV Rewards
7. MyVIP Star Rank Rewards
8. MyVIP Gems
9. MyVIP Perks
10. MyVIP Vault
11. MyChallenges

Since the MyChallenges are ending on May 31st, since you will not have completed this MyChallenge, it will not be Rewarded.

Since Gems were only created as a new feature to Xbox Live Rewards on October 1st, it is not possible to be Rewarded for activity before that date:

What are MyChallenges?



MyChallenges are a new way to earn by completing certain tasks, like having an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or pre-ordering digital games from the Microsoft Store. For every challenge you complete, you’ll earn a Reward of MyVIP Gems and a badge
to show off your achievement on your MyRewards page.


Your progress towards MyChallenges will start tracking as of October 1, 2017.



The only challenge that you have completed since this feature started in October is the pre-order "Early Bird" MyChallenge. Regarding your Early Bird MyChallenge completion, we see that you have still not claimed this on your MyRewards page. From the FAQ:

How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
page. You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

We see that this MyChallenge is currently pending on your MyRewards page along with another perk, waiting for you to claim them. As stated on the FAQ, you can see pending Gems from MyChallenges on the MyRewards page:

Gems were only created in October. We cannot reward activity done before they existed. Since it has not been a full six months since October, it is not currently possible to complete that MyChallenge.
