    Hi Microsoft

    I recently bought the Game pass ultimate in order to use Cloud Gaming.

    But since the beginning I am experiencing more than 1h waiting. So, I can't play.

    I am from Brazil and I would like to ask what should I do?

    if you had them already approved before

    2 questions

    are you buying small amounts of xbox live points in a short period?

    if you are doing more then one purchase in less then 1hour then that would trigger a fraud lock which case you have to wait 24hours

    its best to buy 1 big amount then multiple small amounts if you need more ms points

    When you preorder digitally you should not have to wait for the game to install for an hour.

    Yeah this really sucks 1hour and in at 10procent
