Waiting for rewards creds from fifa purchase

I've been waiting 3 weeks for 15,000 rewards credits I was supposed to get through an offer from XBOX Live rewards for preordering FIFA 17 Deluxe. I still have not gotten it, and I had to forfeit a $10 microsoft credit to get the 15,000 credits so I would
like on or the other now, preferably the credits. Thanks!

Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards Boost your Cred

YOLO rewards received reward for Get Stoked with purchase of GTA V. Earned 11 achievements in game but have not received the YOLO Boost your Cred reward (4,000 points) for getting 5 achievements.

the two overly apparent purchases are points for FIFA creds, points, whatever. and the PC game Sims 3 Generations how in the world does one buy a pc game with MS points?

Yes, I received a physical disc and it was through the Microsoft Store website.
