    Hi there,

    I have received no reward points for purchases made during 2015/20156.

    This was due to a change in region in my account settings.

    My rewards account has since been reset, my existing points transferred and seems to be functioning correctly now.

    Hello ,

    Only purchases made in your Rewards program region are eligible for Rewards. Since you made your purchases in a region outside of your Rewards Account region at the time, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards."

    Hi, there... again.

    All purchases were made in Ireland, with Euro on the Irish store. When I purchased and set up my Xbox one in 2015 I changed region for my Microsoft account.

    However I was not informed I needed to opt out and opt back in for the rewards program.

    This has now been done and I was informed that my reward points would be added but they have not yet.

    This is my 5th post trying to resolve the issue and does not help that the posts keep getting locked once a reply is posted.

    Thank you in advance... again, for adding the points owed since December 2015.

    Hey I'm waiting on 23'500 points to be converted to credits.

    hwy iv been a reward member since early 2016 and haven't received any of my rewards. The account says I'm waiting on 23'500 points to be converted but have never had any added to my account since 2016. Please help

    Waiting for reward points for 2016

    Support can only transfer any credits you did already earn, which you stated that they did. They cannot credit you for any other offers because your purchases were not eligible at the time.

    thr purchases were valid. I was signed up to Xbox rewards. Microsoft support helped change my region in December 2015.

    However, they failed to inform me that I would need to opt out of the reward scheme and opt back in after 96 hours. As a result, a whole year of legitimate purchases in the correct region have not been rewarded to my rewards account.

    Again, as mentioned, we can only Reward purchases made in the Rewards program. Since you used a currency that was not your Rewards program's regional currency, those purchases are ineligible. For example our FAQ entry for MyVIP states the following:

    How does MyVIP work?

    For every $10 you spend during the month on eligible items in the Xbox Store, you'll earn Reward Credits based on your current MyVIP Star Rank. Any outstanding funds will be rolled over into the next calendar month (i.e. if you spent $87 in July, you would
    earn xx% of $80, with the existing $7 rolling over into August's balance).

    Your MyVIP Credits will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th of each month.
    Please note that MyVIP Credits are calculated and deposited based on the currency of the region you listed when you first enrolled in the program, and that any purchases must be made in that same currency to count towards MyVIP.

    You can see your current rank and progress towards your next star on your MyRewards page. Keep in mind that to earn with MyVIP, you need to unlock the first star by spending at least $300, and spend at least $10 in eligible items in the month. For more information,
    please see our Terms and Conditions.

    However, after reviewing your purchases for the previous calendar year (September 2015 - December 2016), we found that you would not have been eligible for any Credits. Your purchases did not complete any offers, and therefore did not award Credits from
    offer completion. You did not have at least 300 EUR in eligible spending, so you did not have any MyVIP stars, and therefore would not have earned any Credits from MyVIP payback.

    OK ... but for what concerns the purchase of:
    - Pass the seasonal call of duty Black Ops 3 performed Sunday, 06 / March / 2016
    and
    - Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe made on Saturday 29 / Oct / 2016
    When will I receive the rewards points ....? I knew that purchases in the store were rewarded with rewards points
