    I understand how connection issues can be frustrating, let me assist you in troubleshooting this. First, could you let me know what platform are you on, and what troubleshooting steps you've tried, if any? Just so I don't recommend you do something you've already done.

    Account Migration

    My guess is that its because you're attempting to change it while you're not in the US yet. The IP addresses relay back information as to what region you're currently in. I would suggest trying the migration once you actually move and connect in the
    US.

    I have been taken back to the home screen due to multiplayer games loosing connection I simply unplugged everything and waited a while and haven't had a problem since. Does this work for you?
