    Waiting for points to be converted


    hey, on december 1 I expected my points to be converted. Now it's december 14 and I still don't see any information in "myrewards" about when they will be converted.

    Since november 22 I got 52.500 points pending.

    When will I get it? Waiting for points to be converted ;)

    Points not converting

    I requested for my points to be converted early about a month ago and I never got any money on my account. I’m currently waiting for my 14,000 points to be converted for this month, but I never got the money from the last month. Where did my points go?

    STILL WAITING FOR CREDITS TO BE CONVERTED

    They would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
    they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    They should be deposited by the end of the day tomorrow. That is the first deposit for this month.

    Hello o LBD o,

    The 23500 is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes already deposited Credits. If you view your MyStatement by lifetime on the MyRewards page, you will see that you have had multiple Credit and deposit events. You can confirm the deposit events as currency
    from your Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

    Currently you only have 3700 Credits pending, awaiting to be deposited. Since we only automatically schedule you for deposits at 5000 or more pending Credits, if you would like those Credits now, you will have to request a scheduled deposit manually from
    your MyRewards page. This option becomes available at 1000 or more pending Credits.

    I forgot to mention that it is also saying I converted a total of 0 points last month which makes no sense.
