    1. A few days ago I created an application to repair/replace Xbox One S. The answer has not come for 3 days. Please help, I'm waiting instructions. Order № 1411668418.

    2. Another question on order № 1410649459: after created an application to repair/replace, I received instructions on how to send the controller to the Microsoft Service center. After I sent the controller, a few days later, I received
    instructions from the courier service, "Call The courier and hand him the controller." How did that happen? Did I do the right thing? If not, what I need to do now? (GamePad somewhere in France already)

    i got off the phone with support to be contacted by a verified answer thank for your help but what i'm waiting for is the verified answers being the weird circumstances that are involved
