After having a problem regarding Xbox live gold subscription and purchasing game pass ultimate, I was in contact with help to fix this problem. The person chatting to me knew the problem and attempted to fix it, however due to the lack of tools needed
to fix it he/she needed to send a ticket to the higher ups. My problem wasn't will how the mircosoft chat supporter but I was suppose to ask how long this would take as I'm unable to do anything online on my xbox. I'm sorry if this is impatience but I just
want a time frame that's all. Thank you to anyone who helps in this question.

I'm afraid to say, but when we choose to delete a chat, the action is permanent.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover the deleted chat.

Not only that, but I know this is not the kind of answer you were expecting, but I hope it helps in some way.

Just a friendly reminder though that when reported a player for a chat or their messages the enforcement team will look into it and review it further to check if enforcement action is needed or not. We may not be notified as well if enforcement action is given. For more information, you can check https://enforcement.xbox.com.

In regards to an update with the game, this will depend on the game support.
