Wait for my credits to deposit since may 27

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits, your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before
or after that date. We see that this was deposited on the 16th.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. This is why your currently pending Credits have not been deposited. Your last deposit as shown on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page was May 27, 2015. If you have not yet spent those funds from your
Microsoft Account, they would have expired at this point.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you only hit 5000 Credits on May 4th, they will be deposited in the end of month deposit this May.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit took place on October 27. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th,
they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got to 5,000 on October 27, they should be deposited on November 10 (the next deposit date).

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just do you have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

the following month. Since your Credit event happened on April 17th, it will be a part of the mid-May deposit.
