W2K18 Disc - Installation Stopped at 0%

Thanks for replying and keeping us updated. Sorry to hear the troubleshooting hasn't worked so far, but don't give up! Since you have plenty of storage on the console and have already attempted to reinstall your game from the disc while the console was
offline and then took it back online to update, which subsequently then stopped, there may something else going on. You may want to check your console for updates to the OS:

To see if there’s an update available:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System >
   Updates.
3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."

If there is, then go ahead and install it and then attempt to update the game. If you're already fully updated then you may need to give your console a soft factory reset as the update may have had an issue installing to the OS. This a great step in general
as the reset will also rid your console's OS of any other potentially corrupting files that may also be causing the issue.

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

Note: Please make sure you know your log in information (email & password) for your profile on the console as the reset will remove any profiles on the system.

Go ahead and give this a try and again, please let us know the results.

1. I have enough space on storage.

2. It says installation stopped @0%

3. I followed instructions as per link and still the same issues.

Note: It says "update available and I clicked to continue.. It says installed stopped.."

Does it stop or just pause? How long do you wait? It could be downloading updates first.

Also, all games will work on whichever Xbox One console.

As an added note, have you checked to make sure that there is not a storage issue on the console?
