W2K16 keeps freezing or going back to Xbox One screen

I purchased this on the 9th April for my young son, but as of yet he has not been able to play even one match. it just keeps crashing...     W2K16 keeps freezing or going back to Xbox One screen


    Very frustrated. I purchased this on the 9th April for my young son, but as of yet he has not been able to play even one match. it just keeps crashing at the creation suite or just goes back to the Xbox home screen. I have cold booted it and reinstalled
    it numerous times but still as the same issues. The Xbox is only 8 weeks old and I have purchased other digital games (Need For Speed 2015, Fifa 16, Hitman and Far Cry Primal) all work fine with no issues but W2K16 has bewilldered me. Any help would be very
    much appreciated. Thanks

    Microsoft Edge keeps freezing and kicking me out and it keeps going black or white screen.

    Try power cycling your xbox (Holding the power buttom until the concole shuts off unpligging the power cord for 30 seconds) if that doesnt work try reinstalling the game.When exactly does the game freeze? When it's loading or when he starts playing? And
    do you have the disc or digital version of the game?

    no but on Fortnite it will freeze, go back to start then freeze when loading. it will also freeze at the home screen.
