    W10 XBox app - continual "We couldn't sign you in to XBox Live"


    I recently purchased Halo MCC through Steam and was having problems getting past the Xbox login. I'm able to log in to my account, but clicking "Let's Go" on the "Choose how you look on Xbox" screen never did anything. If I hit ESC, I would get "Sign In Error : Error encountered while signing into Xbox Live". And clicking Retry just sat with a spinning wheel.

    So, I attempted to log in to the website - https://support.xbox.com/en-US/

    Same result - I get to the "Choose how you look on Xbox" screen, but clicking "Let's Go" does nothing.

    I then installed the app for Windows 10. Again, I can log in with my credentials, but when I get to "Choose your online name" and click "Create Account", it always comes back with "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live". The only link provided is "400", which takes me to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    Thanks Rostom - I had to agree to the EULA on that page to get all of this fixed.

    now im getting the error code as said above on the thread

    have also tried all of the possible fixes and none seem to work
