VUDU UHD Content Not Playing

I like the app, but my UHD videos didn't transfer over from VUDU. Does it not offer UHD streaming yet? Also, where do you get to pick the XMen movie at?

Uninstall and reinstall what? I have the same issue. Atmos will only show on my receiver if I play a 4k UHD movie in the disc drive/blu blu app.

Nothing else works and shows as multichannel PCM on my amp. Its an Onkyo TX-NR696.

I have tried playing my 4K UHD movies through the Vudu app, Netflix Atmos movies, amd games like Gears of War 4 to test. All of it shows up as PCM on my Onkyo. I really want this to work for Vudu because I buy most of my movies in UHD through it.

Xbox goes HDMI goes into the Game input on receiver. Settings in my Xbox are bitstream>dolby atmos through HDMI.

Also, I can play 4K UHD movies using my TV's VUDU app. They look great, with no setting adjustments needed and no stuttering. I've tried multiple HDMI cables, hard resets, turning off smooth motion, unplugging and reconnecting cables.

There are many different 3D capable devices available in the realm of home entertainment. Many of these devices allow access to VUDU streaming content. Not all of them are currently able to access streaming 3D content on VUDU. This is largely determined
by the device manufacturer. VUDU recommends contacting the device manufacturer for questions on this matter.

Finger pointing dilemma.

I have the same issue with my Xbox Series X. I think it's an app issue on either Vudu or Microsoft's side and we are stuck in the middle. I'll go to play a UHD movie, and 5 minutes into it, it says I need to downgrade my quality because I don't have enough bandwidth. Run a speed test and I'm getting over 300 mbps download. After dealing with this time after time, I just downloaded the Vudu app on my LG Oled. I use that now, and never have a problem with it. I wish they would fix it, I use my Xbox for everything, except Vudu.
