VRV app acts like it had magnifier turned

Try to RESTART CONSOLE, then try again, if still issue, try VRV APP and see if notifications still come up, if still do, try to watch on VRV on YOUTUBE and check again. Sometimes the console does not know there is a video running,

It might be worth making sure you have not accidently activated the console magnifier by using the instructions below you should be able to turn this feature on and off by using this guide.

It's definitely not the magnifier. But thanks for the suggestion. This isn't a thing that happens for everything, it's a few apps and games.

Settings > Ease of Access > Magnifier > turn off Magnifier

It sounds like you may have switched on the magnifier, to turn this off can you please try pressing and holding the Xbox button down on the controller to bring up the power off screen (controller will vibrate) then press the view button to switch the magnifier
off.

More than likely you're zoomed in on the display, and it's a feature from the new Xbox Update as well as the voice that reads everything.

Hold the home button in the middle at the top of the controller until the option to turn off the Xbox or turn off the controller appears.

Then look to the right size of the screen and there's a Magnifier option and Narrator option. Press the View button to turn the Magnifier off.

And if the narrator is getting on your nerves, press the menu button to turn it off as well.
