Xbox does not support any class of VPN or proxy the only way to do it is by using a router, in case you are looking to use a VPN for security reasons

I must say that using a VPN trying to circumvent regional content restrictions is against the Community Standards for Xbox.

I was just gonna use it for security reasons, but I suppose that's a Ouch for Xbox since Playstation and Nintendo offers it. Thanks for the answer

NanoTechSoldier, this is, in my opinion, not correct. A VPN masks your IP. You are thinking of a Proxy Server, which doesn't always conceal your originating IP address. A proxy has all the routing taking place between you and the proxy open and available
to anyone looking, whereas a VPN, by definition, is private. Xbox Live would not care where you route the traffic after it hits the public facing address of the VPN connection.

A proxy is like a VPN. Actually, a VPN uses a proxy (or multiple proxies) to connect you to the internet. A VPN usually allow you to choose a proxy located on a specific region.

Since your connection test is fine and you can play online on other games, your internet is not the issue here.

Have you tried to uninstall and install Forza again? If not, please do it. Sometimes just reinstalling a game fixes some bugs.

If after reinstalling the game it shows you the same error, please let me know and we will check for corrupted system files that might be causing this.
