Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. IPv6 does need to be enabled in order to utilize the teredo function. There are some routers that have teredo tunneling disabled. In order to enable teredo tunneling, you must log in to your router settings. This
can be done by knowing the make and model of the router. An example is the Netgear(Make) R9000(Model). Do you own an Apple router? If the router was provided by your internet service provider, they may be able to assist you with logging in to your router settings.
