Восстановление/Removed Xbox Ambassadors

Здравствуйте, случилась роковая ошибка и получил впервые лёгкое принудительное ограничение за ненадлежащее поведение в сообщениях, для меня это стало шоком и соответственно статус Амбассадора пропал, каким образом возможно восстановиться в должности? Подскажите кто знает и может помочь, пожалуйста.

Receiving an enforcement action as an Ambassador means permanent removal. You can check http://enforcement.xbox.com and see if you can submit a case review. If you are eligible for a review and the suspension is overturned, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff about rejoining. Otherwise, it is not possible to rejoin.

If you wish to have them look into getting you back in the program, as far as i know once you get an enforcement action you will not be able to rejoin the program. Yet every case is different .
