Volume/Performance Issues

Just picked up a brand new copy of this game from my local MS store.

Running into some very strange issues with the game.

First time I installed and played it worked beautifully but after trying to play again today I'm running into some really strange issues.

I started a new campaign and i hear and see everything great during the opening scene but I actually begin to play I hear NO volume and the game lags so much it's completely unplayable.

Oddly when I play GTA V I also hear no volume for voices or music in car.

What in the world happened with my Xbox One? Anybody run into this?

I uninstalled both games (lost all of my progress in GTA V sigh...) and the problems still persists.

Just had this thing for literally 1 week and already running into issues. I'm an ex PS guy so my initial experience with Xbox is not at all good.

Performance Issues

Anyone else still looking: I've noticed a reduction in the stuttering. When it starts happening if you hit the Menu button (to the left of the xbox guide button) and give the game a hard pause for just a second or two the issue will stop immediately.

So I'm definitely having this problem. Has anyone tried the "don't charge a second control at the same time" fix? I'm at the point where I have to either pause it as quickly as possible, play offline (which causes all sorts of GMP issues at my base), or
hope that I don't walk into the line of sight of an enemy. If it continues I doubt I'll play more or invest in another Konami game.
