    Buonasera a tutti, volevo avere qualche informazione rilevante il volume del microfono:

    ho comprato la mia Xbox One al day 1, con 2 pad. Non ho mai cambiato i pad da quel giorno. Ultimamente, in molti mi dicono che mi sentono basso, quindi dono andato su accessori- aggiornamento firmware. Il mio firmware era gia aggiornato, ma non riuscivo
    ad accedere al pannello di controllo del volume ( in passato vi potevo accedere). Ho collegato il kinect, e questa opzione e parsa fuori ( cliccando tasto Xbox-andando tutto a destra-sotto impostazioni) ma non potevo regolare il volume del microfono. Ho comprato
    un “ adattatore”, fabbricato dalla microsoft per questo tipo di controller, e mi da ancora lo stesso problema. Come faccio? Dovrei comprare i nuovi controller?

    Hello Tony,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issues with volume. With the adapter, there should be volume control on the adapter itself. Are you able to access the audio settings where it says headset chat mixer, Mic monitoring and headset
    volume? Here you should also be able to adjust the volume. Try a different headset if able to also.

    You should check the levels of your microphone from the console.

    1. With your headset attached, press the glowing “Xbox” button
    2. Navigate to the “System” tab
    3. Select “Audio”
    4. Adjust the “Mic monitoring” option
    5. Slide the bar left to decrease the microphone volume level
    6. Slide the bar right to increase the microphone volume level

    If you’re headset/headset+microphone are plugged into your laptop as an audio capture device, then how are you supposed to hear the game volume and chat?

    In the bottom right corner of your screen, you will notice the volume icon in the system tray.

    Right-Click on the volume icon and click Open Sound Settings.

    In the Sounds Settings window, look for Input and Choose your input device and then click the blue Device properties link (circled in red) in the screenshot below..

    This will pull up the Microphone Properties window. Click the Levels Tab and you will then be able to adjust your microphone volume settings.

    The volume level does not have to be at 100%, but should be high enough that the computer can detect audio.

    Please make sure that your microphone is not muted. If you see the icon below, click the speaker icon to un-mute.

    Once you determine the best settings for you and your system, click OK to save the settings and then close all settings windows upon completion of adjusting your microphone volume settings.
