Il y a presque 1 ans j'ai reçu un code pour 1000 pièces sur le jeu Apex Legends par le xbox live car il y avait eu une promotion sur le xbox live gold et qu'il offrait ce code tout acheteur de la promotion. A ce moment j'étais encore sur xbox 360 et je
n'ai eu ma xbox one que récemment. J'ai essayer de rentrer le code mais il m'indique qu'il a déj été utiliser alors que personne n'a accès mon compte et que je ne l'ai jamais utilisé. J'ai contecter le service xbox il ne peuvent rien faire pour m'aider
par me dire qu'il a déj été utiliser et soupsonner le fait que je mente car j'ai un autre compte et que du coup j'aurais utiliser le code sur cet autre compte et que si je voulais être remboursé ou pouvoir récupérer ce code j'aurai dû les contacter 1 ans
plus tôt ce qui m'étais impossible car je ne le savais pas. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je me fait arnaquer de la sorte car ils ont déj essayer de me voler 49€ pour 3 mois de xbox game pass ultimate dont je n'avais bien sûr pas bénéficier. Est-ce que
quelqu'un aurai une façon de pouvoir récupérer un code ou de ce faire remboursé ? Je remercie d'avance ceux qui porterons de l'attention ma plainte et qui m'aideront trouver une solution.

Sorry to hear it. If the code has been used you would need to check back to see who may have had access to it. If you had your gamertag on someone else's Xbox One console they may have seen the code in your message center and used it.

Thanks for coming to the forums. You brother can try the
account compromised page. If unable to and all security has been changed, you will need to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

you will not get the code back if you gave it away

they cannot use your creditcard details to steal A mspoints code

if you mean you inputed the code

then they stole your account then they don;t have your creditcard details as that is not readable
