    I found an app called VoiceStudio, but it shows as Unavailable. I have seen that other people have used it and gotten achievements from it, how can I access it?

    Sorry to hear it. The VoiceStudio app was out a couple of years ago to help with the Kinect. If it's showing as not available then perhaps it has been removed from the marketplace.

    there is a NEW version for the Xbox One. i have seen some people who have it, but everyone is saying it's not out yet. also if you already have the Xbox 360 version it will still work but you will be using Xbox One commands to upload and improve speech
    recognition. at least this is what i've read.

    Sorry to hear it. Sounds like you may have either your console or your gamertag set for the US. If the console is set to the US then follow these steps to switch it to UK.

    Go to Settings>System>Console Settings>Language and Locale and change the Locale to United Kingdom.

    If that is not the issue then perhaps you accidentally set your gamertag up for the US. You can change the region of your gamertag back to UK by following the steps at this link
