Voice to text not working ingame on Elder Scrolls online

unable to use the in-game feature for Elder Scrolls Online. And has an option but when you use it it doesn't put any text up

Text pad not popping up.

Ok so I'm guessing after the recent update for Xbox One things may have been messed up with my Xbox app on my iPhone 6+. I play a lot of Elder Scrolls Online and I use the text chat in game a lot and the Xbox app allowed me to text thru my phone onto the
chat ingame. All I had to do was click the chat and the text pad on my phone would pop up and I could text then send to ingame. Same with Xbox messages. But now when I click the chat ingame the text pad on my phone doesn't pop up anymore not letting me text.
But it does everything els like bring up home and other stuff. I used to be able to text back Xbox messages thru the app as well but not anymore. I did manage to fix it by doing complete **** down of my Xbox and my internet and it did work the same day until
I turned my Xbox off next day the text pad on the app didn't pop up again? Is this a known issue? Is there a permanent fix to get it to work like normal again?

 

Completely Unplayable. Can't get past first screen.

This game won't even start for me. Whenever I try to start it, it asks for an email address. The box for that will not accept any text input. I contacted tech support for both Elder Scrolls and Microsoft. Elder Scrolls tech support was no help. Microsoft
suggested I create an account on the Elder Scrolls website. OK, so now I'm trying to start the game with an existing account. It will not accept any text input for user id!!!!!!!!!!! OMG this is so frustrating.
