    Voice Messages


    Whenever I go to listen to a voice message they always say try again and has done so for awhile now. I’m also unable to send any as whenever I record one and then press stop the message disappears and prompts me to record again. I have no issues with voice chat or chat messages in text. I’ve messed with my settings and restarted my console many times yet nothing has changed. Im able to send voice messages and listen to them on the same console just on separate account with the same settings as my main one.

    I've searched for this feature too, it is not available right now on the X1!!!

    Not yet but it's one of the most requested features. Hopefully it will be available in a future update soon.

    I feel sorry for you. Generally I have a good experience with voice messaging. But if someone is being annoying with it and were not kidding around, its hit that Block Communications button. That's just stupid.

    It is a love and hate with voice messages, It was funny to receive rage messages when you compleatly owned someone back in the Halo 3 days BUT really annoying when you get a message from a friend who really has a monotone voice and makes you fall asleep.

    I myself wouldn't be too fussed. I barely send messages on Xbox since everyone on my friends list I have their number so just text them via phone since for me it is much quicker and easier.

    Voice messaging isnt lame. Only a fraction of those who play on console hang out onthis forum so microsot/yous may not know how popular this xbox feature is.
