Voice Communication ban

Good Afternoon,

I recently just got home from college to find out that my account was placed under a voice communications ban on xbox live. I believe this is due to my brother playing on my account while I was gone so I made him create a new account. Now that my brother
has his own xbox live account and will no longer be on mine I am wondering if there is anyway this ban can get removed? Thanks.

If the enforcement action is for more than 24hrs you can apply for a case review as shown here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6

Otherwise unfortunately you'll just have to wait until your voice communication ban is up.

I 100% blame MS.

They are the ones playing Parent, and as long as it has the potential to make them 💰💰 they will impliment more and more rules, even under the illusion that. "Its for the kids" or whatever.

Again, Parents. If your child gets banned for any reason, get rid of the console altogether. Better to use it as target practice than for the corporate world to target YOU.

"Justified" or not, a lot of bans has been handed out this generation and 1% doesn't even begin to scratch the surface.

"Justified" is everything. The end. All your statement shows is... there are a lot of people on Xbox Live who break rules aka "don't know how to behave" and they get banned for it. This is where I say "Duh, That's how it works!". lol

Trying to blame MS for members bad behavior because they ban those people is pretty hilarious IMO. There is no way you can spin it that any one with half a brain will agree with you. If you say 60% of users are banned, all
you're saying is 60% of users can't follow rules. That's it.
